TORA Temporally Ordered Routing Algorithm
How to instal:
1. Open downloaded file 
"TORA.rar.
"TORA.rar.
Remember: You must have already installed winrar n your system.
2. Enter the password "www.afstat.blogspot.com" as shown bellow.
3. Now double click on file "setup.exe" and click on "OK" button.
5. Click the icon (as shown in picture).
* If you want to change the directory, then just click on "change directory.
6. Choose program Group to whare you want to set it and also you can rename your program name from here. and click on "Continue" button.
Congratulations you have done it.
